Nathaniel’s BA in Philosophy reflects his desire to understand and explain the conceptual hows and whys that go into becoming stronger, fitter, and healthier. His time in the Army balances his academic side with a measured “Make it make sense” approach that takes each individual’s history and schedule into account. Find your why, apply pressure, and it will lead to growth.

Jess is a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach with a degree in Exercise Science from O.C.C. She is on a mission to inspire clients to find the fun in improving their health and discovering their inner strength. Jess believes that resistance training is for everyone and looks forward to using her passion to help clients crush their goals.
