I harbor a sincere passion for every individual. I recognize potential within you that you might overlook in yourself, and I am committed to bringing that to the forefront.

Meg is an ISSA-Certified Personal Trainer who loves the community that a gym environment creates. With a public health background, she champions resistance training as a way to sharpen the mind and strengthen the body. Her passion is simple: to empower individuals with the information and confidence they need to live their healthiest lives. Kenley is a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach accredited by NASM. Fueled by his strong belief that food is health and a love for the outdoors, Kenley is here to reinvigorate excitement for movement and cultivate a sustainable relationship with exercise.

Lucia S.

Lucia is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a degree in Kinesiology from SUNY Brockport and four years of collegiate track & field experience. She’s passionate about helping people find forms of movement they enjoy, while building confidence, reaching their goals, and feeling connected in the fitness community. Her coaching experience includes one-on-one training, group classes, and adaptive fitness for clients ranging from teens to older adults.

Overcoming years of health problems helped Caleb uncover his passion for helping others. As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, he uses a science-based, holistic approach to build strong, resilient bodies. He believes fitness isn’t just about lifting weights—it’s about creating sustainable, lasting change that empowers clients to thrive in every area of life.
