Jessica 'Coach' Hanshaw boasts a rich history in the fitness industry that spans back to 2015. She has sculpted her journey from competitive bodybuilding to apprenticing under the former Strength and Conditioning Coach of the L.A. Lakers. With an impressive 4000+ hours of both team coaching and personal training under her belt, Coach Hanshaw is a seasoned professional.

Her academic prowess is evident through a degree in Exercise Science with a specialized focus on Strength and Conditioning from Ithaca College. Beyond the confines of academia, Coach Hanshaw has gracefully navigated her expertise across diverse age groups, catering to individuals spanning the ages of 11 to 99.

What can you expect?

With Coach Hanshaw, coach and personal trainer are used interchangeably. She goes beyond coaching; she coaches you on how to create autonomy for yourself. In doing so, the client gains a greater sense of self-efficacy.

Coach Hanshaw's ultimate goal, blending a wealth of practical experience with a solid foundation in exercise science, is to empower you with the knowledge and skills to optimize your body's full potential.
